Counsel
We are independent. That means no quotas or steering your outcome — only a recommendation we would give our own family, documented and explained.
How We Work
Continuity
Plans age. Needs shift. We review annually, handle the paperwork, and support our clients throughout the year answering questions and clarifying coverage and costs as they occur.

Ask A QuestionWe are an independent advisory practice that helps individuals and families understand and choose health coverage, Medicare and retirement-related options. We explain the choices in plain language, help you enroll, and stay available afterward for questions, claims and annual reviews.
Nothing. Our guidance is free to you and there is no obligation to enroll in anything. When you do choose a plan, we are compensated directly by the carrier you select — your premium is the same either way.
No. We are independent, which means no company quota decides your outcome. We compare the options available in your area and recommend what we would recommend to our own family.
Call, email or send us a note through the contact page. We will set up a conversation by phone, video or in person, ask a few questions about your doctors, prescriptions and budget, and go from there.
Most people become eligible at 65. Your Initial Enrollment Period runs seven months — the three months before your birthday month, your birthday month, and the three months after. People receiving Social Security disability benefits for 24 months may qualify earlier.
A Medicare Advantage plan (Part C) bundles your Part A, Part B and usually Part D into one plan administered by a private carrier with its own network and copays. A Medicare Supplement (Medigap) plan works alongside Original Medicare and helps pay the deductibles, copays and coinsurance Medicare leaves behind. Which fits better depends on your doctors, travel habits and budget.
That is one of the first things we check. Before you enroll we verify that your physicians and hospitals are in network and price out your prescription list against each plan's formulary, so there are no surprises in January.
Yes. The Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 through December 7 each year, and certain life events — moving, losing employer coverage, qualifying for extra help — open a Special Enrollment Period. We review your coverage with you every year regardless.
